Repeat Prescriptions
If your pet takes regular medication, you can request a repeat prescription online using the form below. A few things to know before you submit a request:
- Please allow at least 2 working days' notice so your request can be authorised by a veterinary surgeon.
- If you need medication for more than one pet, please submit a separate request for each animal.
- We generally ask to re-examine your pet every 3 months, to check for any changes in their condition or for side effects. This check is a legal requirement when prescribing prescription-only medicines.
